languishing...
i know... i know... i know... this blog is just about 2 breaths away from being dead, but yet i swoop down to save it just in time. i just really haven't had a whole lot of time that i felt like i could spend on blogging. my kids and wife are taking up every spare ounce of time i have (and this is a very good thing don't get me wrong) and the little bit of time i have besides that is spent taking care of house, lawn, etc.
such is the life of an early 30s family man with a 26 month old and 9 month old to deal with while trying to get ahead in the corporate world...
here recently i have been playing some online poker (late at night might I add). I put $50 into PStars for the 2nd WPBT WSOP tournament (which I did horrible in by the way) and have since turned that into $680 which is okay in that amount of time for me if i do say so.
this has been done with a combination of things including, $20, $30, and $50 single-table SNGs with preference to the $50 ones. I have also been dabbling in $50 and $100 heads-up SNGs as well.
There have been some ups and downs but overall i am doing well IMHO.
nuff said... i have to get back to letting this blog languish. I hope all of you are doing well out there in blog land and I look forward to seeing you all across the virtual felt again real soon.
BTW... I am thinking about trying to get the ball rolling on some sort of online league together, much like the league i run at home. Something like say the World Poker Blogger's League with league fees for end of the season pots etc...
over but not out...
